Newsletter

Greetings one and all,

Did everyone enjoy the Chalk Art Festival and The Corn Roast this weekend. I did. I froze my booty off in the dunk tank on Sunday. Actually, it wasn't all that bad. My wetsuit helped.

So, I have some bad news for some of you out there. The bad news is my wine tasting class, Sip Swirl, & Sip is all full. If you wanted to go and did not get a spot don't fret. I will do another one next month.
A quick reminder for those of you who are in. The first class is Saturday, October 4th and it will start at 6pm, here at The Wine Behren.

I do have some good news. I still have 7 spots open for my Private Tasting on November 15th. This is a high end tasting with 3 Napa Cabs and 3 very high end Australian Shiraz. Cost is $50.00 a ticket and that includes wine and food. Give me a call or email if you are interested.

Ok, this Friday my good friend Andy Minor is back at The Wine Behren pouring 6 awesome wines from Basel Cellars from Walla Walla Washington. He will be pouring Sauvignon Blanc $18.00, Merlot $28.00, D'vine Cab $35.00, Syrah $28.00, a Claret for $20.00 and their high end blend "Ode to Merriment" $48.00.

Tasting starts at 5 and is $5.00 per person for all 6 wines.

Thursday's are now officially Thirsty Thursday's. Grendel's and The Wine Behren have teamed up as a corner location to offer Pacific students $2.00 dollar pints & free darts, $4.00 dollar glasses of wine and %10 bottle purchases. Come try us out.

Wow, I do believe that is all I have to say.

Ciao for now, see you all real soon.
