Happy Monday everyone,

How we all doing? I do believe fall is officially here. Love them colors.

This Wednesday we will have live music here at The Wine Behren. An acoustic guitar group meets upstairs at 6:00 pm. No cover. Come on down and relax and listen to some great local musicians.

This Friday Night Tasting at The Wine Behren , Rupert, from Premium Vintage will be here pouring all the new releases from Ramazzotti Vineyards. For those poor unfortunate souls who do not recognize this brand, it happens to be my Family's wine from California. And it is oh, so yummy. If you have not tried come on down and taste for yourselves.

Halloween is right around the corner. The Wine Behren will be doing a blind tasting that night, and I expect all who dare enter to be in costume.

On a more serious note. Gary Woods is hosting a Stand Up 2 Cancer Fundraiser here on Saturday November 1st. Wine tasting, food, raffle, silent auction, all going on here from 6-10 Saturday night. Also live music from EJ Bazea all night.

Tickets are still available here for a $50.00 donation. Or you can contact Gary at 503-330-0391. Or garywoodsjr@gmail.com . 80% of all proceeds go to Gary's friend Trent Hammond who was diagnosed with stage 4 Lymphoma earlier this year. The remaining 20% goes to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Thank you all for your support.

The Saturday after Thanksgiving I am renting a 22 SEAT PASSENGER SUV for wine tasting. To ride for 4 hours and drink and have fun will cost you $40.00. First 20 customers, friends, clients who sign up and pay are in. Don't tally to long. It is gonna be legen.........dary.

Ciao for now.

How goes it? Everyone have a great weekend? Mine was cold, nay, freezing cold, nay, so dam cold I could not feel my hands while a drank my vino.
Me and some friends thought it would be a great idea to go to the mountains and do some fishing. Well, it sounded good at the time. But, man, was it chilly. Anyways, glad to be back where the wine is room temp.

So, tomorrow is the last Farmers Market, so be sure to come down for a glass of wine and get your shopping done.

Friday Night Tasting at The Wine Behren is going to feature Terra Vina Wines from Carlton. Carole and Karl will be pouring: '07 Chardonnay, '06 Pinot/Dundee Hills, '07 Sangiovese, '06 Cab Franc, '05 Cab , & '07 Malbec. It is a great line up. You don't want to miss it.

Everyone should have dug out that old costume and dusted it off by now because Halloween is right around the corner. I will have a blind tasting that night and I strongly encourage everyone to dress up.

November 1st we are having a Benefit Tasting here at The Wine Behren for a friend of Gary Woods who has cancer. $50.00 donation for heavy hord'erves and wine tasting. There will be auction items as well that you can bid on starting Friday night. Call or email for more info if you need it.
