Hello all,
I hope you all had a chance to get out and enjoy the sunshine this weekend. Ol' Mother nature sure done us right this last week. Now, if she could only make up her mind and let the sun stay for a while, I think would all be very grateful.
Today I am going to kick off something new and run with new concept for the Wine Behren. Today I am starting the wine of the month. This will be a monthly special.
It is my job as your friendly neighborhood wine guy to find you, my loyal customers, great wines for great deals. So, I have done this. So, if you would like some please drop me and email or call.
Tomorrow is Farmers Market and as always there will be live music here at The Wine Behren from 6-8. No cover.
Friday evening Carrie, from Vinum Imports will bless us with her presence. We have put together a great little line up. Check it out for your self:

Wine Behren Newsletter
Good Afternoon Wine Lovers,
Well, apparently Mother Nature and I are on the wrong page. Her and I are gonna have to have a little chat. Is it spring or isn't it? No matter, we'll just have to drink more red wine until she gets her act together, so no worries, it's a wine wine either way.
"Free Wine" is playing here tomorrow evening from 6-8. No cover, just come down for a glass and enjoy the live acoustic guitar. It's a nice easy way to relax and unwind after a long rainy day, or work which ever you prefer.
Friday night Deux Fen Estate Vineyard & Winery will be here pouring 4 delicious wines. 3 outstanding Pinot Noirs and their Pinot Gris. Tasting is from 5-8. $5.00 tasting fee.
Since Spring is or should be here, Kristal and I are offering 25% off all spring related items. Come get your wine tasting back pack before there all gone.
So, with Spring technically here, I want to let you all know I have some great events planned this Summer. I am going to host the 1st Annual Wine Behren Scramble Golf Tournament July 25th at Sunset Golf Course. If you are interests, please come see me.
The weekend before, Saturday July 18th is my 2nd Year Anniversary PARTY! You really do not want to miss this one.
I have a few Wine Maker dinners lined up as well. One with Zerba Cellars on Saturday June 27th, and one with Tori Mor and Apolloni later in the summer.
Let's not forget I have a winery or a distributor pouring every Friday Night through the summer.
Thank everyone.

Wow, lot's going on this week. Let's get right to it, shall we.
My acoustic Guitar group (Scott's Band, just kidding Jerry) meets every Wednesday here at The Wine Behren from 6-9. No cover. They are actaully in the process of coming up with a name. Not that's there's anything wrong with Scott's Band.
Come for a glass, stay for the tunes.
Friday the lovely and talented Emma from Galaxy Wines will be here pouring wines from Chile and Argentina. Great wines that won't break the bank. Tasting is from 5-8pm and there is a $5 tasting fee.
This Saturday I have a special tasting. My good friend Gregg from Siduri/ Novy Wines is in town and I thought I would let him pour some of his juice. Gregg is a good friend of the family, so make sure you all give him a hard time.
Siduri/ Novy is in California but Siduri does 3 or 4 Oregon Pinot's that are fantastic. The grapes come from right down the road. There Novy brand concentrates primarily on Syrah from all over. Gregg will have 3 pinotr and 3 Syrahs for your tasting pleasure.
Saturday's tasting will also feature the smooth sounds of EJ Bazea from 6-8. No cover, just some great rhythm and blues with a little Sinatra twist.
And, also, Saturday night, my good friend Gary Woods is leaving us for the warm tropical sunshine of Hawaii. Who can blame him right? So come down between 6-9 and wish our friend a Bon Voyage.
Hope to see all of you here. Thanks
